We wanted to start with a mountaineering inspired collection name and meaning.
The ascent collection come from the concept of the 'first ascent'. This is the first successful, documented attainment of the top of a mountain or the first to follow a particular climbing route.
Its means:
A : the act of rising or mounting upward : climb completed their ascent of the mountain.
- This linked to the concept on moving onwards and upwards. Developing and growing.
B : an upward slope or rising grade : acclivity followed the steep ascent to the top of the hill.
- Its not going to be straight forward, its going to be a up hill battle but we need to start some where.
