Returns Policy

We completely understand that from time to time, you need to return items. At Measured Modesty, we are more than happy to accept returns as long as the products are returned and received by Measured Modesty within 14 days from the date of the products being shipped to you.

All products must be returned in the full original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Any products that have been worn, modified, washed or damaged will not be accepted upon returns.

We aim to process all returns as soon as possible. 

Note: If your product is incorrect or faulty, please contact us immediately at returns@measuredmodesty.co.uk before returning your product. We will notify you when to post the product back to us. Any shipping costs for incorrect or fault items will be refunded, upon review. We aim to respond to all emails within 1-2 working days.

Refunds

Please ensure you clearly complete the returns form you will have received upon delivery of your order. If you could kindly state why you would like a refund, this will ensure we can always improve and understand why a customer was not necessarily happy with the product. 

We will refund the price of the product that you paid upon checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the price of the delivery to you or the delivery costs of returning the items. As the products are your responsibility until we receive them, we highly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning any products. We are not liable for any products returned damaged or lost in transit as this is the delivery providers responsibility. 

We aim to process all returns as soon as possible. Please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to be returned back to you, this will be dependent on your banking provider. If your payment has not been received by the 11th working day, please contact us at returns@measuredmodesty.co.uk and we will look in to this as soon as possible. 

Sale items cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged. If the product you would like to exchange is now sold out, we will apply a credit to be used for any future collection. 

All refunds will be processed back to the same payment method used upon checkout. We cannot refund any payments to a different payment method than the one provided.

Exchange

Please ensure you clearly complete the returns form you will have received upon delivery of your order. If you could kindly tick why you would like an exchange, this will ensure we can always improve and assist customers achieving the correct products the first time they order.  

As the products are your responsibility until we receive them, we highly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning any products. We are not liable for any products returned damaged or lost in transit as this is the delivery providers responsibility.

We aim to process and dispatch all returns as soon as possible. 

Please note, we can only exchange products in the same style and colour. If you would like to exchange the product for a different colour or style, we suggest returning the goods for a refund and making a new order via the website.
