Where can I buy Measured Modesty?

How can I buy every piece in the collection?

You’ll usually find our full collection later on in the season, as we have various drops planned throughout each collection. We don’t drop everything in linear order (1-25), therefore early into the season, you will not always find all 25 pieces online.

Why is Measured Modesty considered to be sustainable?

We operate a made to order model which eradicate surplus stock and means less products going to landfill.

We find the fast fashion model is not sustainable, and floods the market place with cheap products that people wear once or twice and then throw away. We wanted to be better so we have worked hard to create a supply chain that can react quickly to online orders and reduce any potential waste.

As well as creating products that look good and are comfortable to wear, we are hoping to build a like-minded customer base and play a part in changing the mindset of consumers.

What if the product I want is sold out?

If you would like to enquire when the product item will next be in stock. Please send an email to sales@measuredmodesty.co.uk quoting the product number.

We aim to respond to all queries within 2 working days.

Do you do Gift Cards?

Yes. We offer e-gift cards in multiples of £10. You can find them on our Gift Card Page

PAYMENTS

How can I pay?

We offer a range of secure payment methods through Shopify.

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shopify Pay and we also offer buy now, pay later with Klarna.

Can I buy now and pay later with Klarna?

Yes, you can buy now and pay later with 30 days terms. 

Simply select Klarna as your payment method and follow the on-screen instructions.

Do you offer Student Discount?

Yes, we offer 20% student discount through Student Beans. Please check our Student Discount Page

Do you have any promo codes?

From time to time, we offer promotions on our collections and products. These promotions will always be communicated via our newsletters. To keep up to date with all of our promotions, including our sale periods, please subscribe to our newsletter via the homepage. We also offer some exclusive promotion codes via Instagram and Facebook

Can I add a discount code after placing my order?

All discount codes must be applied in the checkout process at the time of placing your order. We recommend returning your original order and placing a new order separately and applying your discount code to the new order upon checkout.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long will my order take to process?

All of our products are made to order. We estimate 2-3 working days turnaround from the date of order to the dispatch date. This allows us to ensure every product fits our sustainable fashion model and is made to the highest possible quality. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we Ship worldwide.  

How much does delivery cost?

UK - FREE ON ALL ORDERS!

Europe - £6.00. 

North America - £11.00.

Rest of World - £11.00.

How long does delivery take?

All orders placed before 5pm will be posted the next working day. 

UK - 3 to 5 days. 

Europe - 10 days. 

North America - 10 days. 

Rest of World - (Depending on location) up to 20 days.

How do I know my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email from us notifying you when your order has been dispatched.

How do I track my order?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Within your Order History overview, select the order number you want to track by selecting the order number field. 
  3. You will now see your tracking number, located in the product column. 
  4. Now select the track shipment option and you will be directed to Royal Mail's tracking page. 

Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been made it cannot be amended. All our items are made to order as part of our sustainable fashion model. We recommend returning your original order and placing a new order separately via the website.  

RETURNS POLICY

How do I return an item?

Our returns process is straight forward and under our standard terms you have 30 days to return an item and 7 days to return sale.

To request a return, please complete your returns form and include this in your returns parcel. On the returns form please clearly tick the reason why you would like a refund. This gives us customer feedback to ensure we’re always listening to our customers and finding new ways to improve. 

The goods are your responsibility until we have received the goods back in the original packaging and tags, so we therefore recommend using a tracked delivery service.  

To ensure we can process your return quickly, please make sure:

  • The item is in its original condition with its original tags and packaging and is not damaged or missing parts.
  • A completed returns form is included in the parcel.
  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery (7 days for sale items).

Regrettably, any item that doesn’t comply with the above terms and conditions cannot be accepted and you’re required to arrange collection at your own expense to retrieve the goods.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We cannot accept returns of gift cards, personalised items, perishable goods, any intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or products containing flammable liquids or gases.

If your purchase comes with a free gift or is part of a web promotion that includes an additional item, this must be returned with your purchased items to be enable us to process your refund.

What if my order is wrong or faulty?

We strive to ensure all orders are correct and all of our products are perfect. However, if this is not the case, please contact us immediately at returns@measuredmodesty.co.uk. We aim to respond to all queries within 2 working days.

How long will my refund take to hit my account?

We process refunds immediately, once all returned goods have been checked and confirmed to be in brand new condition. 

Refunds can take 7-10 working days to hit your account depending on your bank. If your refund has not been received after 10 working days from the date of the refund notification, please contact us at returns@measuredmodesty.co.uk.

If we confirm that your refund has been processed, you will need to contact your bank directly.

How do I exchange an item?

We can exchange your product for a different size using the normal returns process. Tick the box to let us know which item you’re looking to exchange and what new size you would like.

Regrettably, we cannot exchange items for different styles or colours, and the returned items need to be received in their original packaging and tags. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
